Walked in because my phone went for a swim and Stephanie helped me out. i can honestly say her customer service was out of this world. she hooked me up with a phone at a really good price and gave me all i needed. i love my new phone and i recommend you to come to this cricket. they have the good prices and employees.

The young man on the phone was very nice. Upon arrival the two women were also very helpful. Thank you for the great experience made it worth the trip. Staff seems eager.

If I could give them a negative 1 for customer service, I would do it twice! Came in three days in a row to speak with the manager, who apparently is the only one who could take care of my transaction. Each day, the 1 employee there in the empty store stated the manager would be in at a certain time the following day. Every day I came back and no manager! Everyday the employee stated she would’ve back at whatever time the next day! On the forth day, the manager was supposed to be there at 9:00 to open the store and would “be there all day.” This time I called first, at about 9:20. Whoever answered the phone said it was the manager’s day off!!! This is a very poorly managed store. I feel bad that the Cricket company has to deal with these types of stores bringing their quality down!

I was buying a case for my phone and I was in there for quite some time working out some inquiries I had about my phone and I realized the man helping me was on a phone call the whole time he was talking to me, it made me uncomfortable to even say more because someone was apparently listening to our conversation. If I had been giving private or personal info then the person he was talking to would have heard it all! My advice is don’t talk on the phone while you have customers it’s not professional!
