I sent of a package at this store on the 5th of May.It was supposed to delivered within 7days it is now 15 days and the receiver hadn’t receive it so I called the store To get some information. I spoke to victor ,he gave me the tracking number, after then I asked him to verified the address that it was sent to.He got so upset and started elevating his voice at me over the phone. After I told him not to yelled at me ,he said he was wearing a mask.This guy is sucks and need to be trained how to deal with customers. Very rude. I can’t even located my package.
