Very unprofessional, i spent a lot of money with this company, please hire people that are at least KNOWLEDGEABLE to the job performed, any issue I’ve explained they literally laughed an told me to call corporate, even scanning duplicate items that i end up paying for with no refund, still very rude.

It’s really rare to find a professional and clean 711 in South Florida (especially in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach), the coffee is always cold, they’re always out of decaf coffee, the floor is always dirty, they don’t cook tacos at night, employees are careless, long waiting lines..etc.

There are some good 711’s in areas which are latino populated such as Coral Gables and Hialeah. But my advice to you is to go to Racetrac or WAWA instead.

The two gentalmen that work the 7pm shift on Wednesday we’re 3/4/20 were very disrespectful. They had no hot food ready and told us they would not cook us a whole pizza. Then we asked for them to cook something hot for us and they said didn’t have an oven. Then when we asked for the store number and managers information they would not provide it to us.as long as you’re there one of them are working I will never set foot in that store again.

Came in. Line was long. One person on the register. Other person on shift is missing in action. Are they in the freezer hiding out? Maybe they’re outside puttering around on their phones. Is that them looking at you while they’re taking inventory? Unfortunately any one of these scenarios could be true on any given day. Now, it’s not all the staff that avoid the public (you know who you are), but this is a tremendous problem for a “convenience store” chain. Now, there I was, in line. One person on the register. I asked loudly if he was the only one there. I asked again loudly if anyone was gonna come help. Five people in front of me and five behind. I was in line for five solid minutes. Not a long time, but long for convenience store standards. After I checked out I went to the back to confront the other employee who was shirking check-out duty only to see IT WAS THE OWNER! Nice. How can your employees be held accountable when you yourself let the line get so long? My favorite part was when she actually turned and yelled at me when I suggested her employees learn that behavior from her. “I DON’T HAVE TIME FOR THESE GAMES,” she hissed at me. Well guess what? I don’t have time to wait for six people to play their lottery numbers.

My go-to 7-11 when in Pompano Beach. Well stocked and usually kept fairly clean although this is a very high traffic store. Only occasionally the fountain drink machine is not putting out soda as it should taste. The syrup/CO2 mixture is critical. Hot food service is good.
