The most pathetic company to deal with. Returned items to them in Dec. 2020 and have not received the replacement yet in the end of February. The reps on the phone have hung up on me 3 times. They have no idea where my replacement is and they were the ones that sent the wrong stuff in the first place twice. The company has been bought out by a conglomerate named Gall. Going to try to contact them next. What a disrespectful company. They are all so brave on the phone. Customer service is so dead. Guess they forgot how the money flows.

Ordered my uniforms 1/20 and only received two items from my order since then. According to the representative my items are on back order and could take 9-12 weeks for me to receive. Definitely using a different vendor next time.

The alterations they advertise are only to hem and measure how long your pants need to be . Nothing else .
I used a uniform voucher provided by my job to purchase uniforms here , shirts I received did not fit like the ones I tried on at their store. They seemed helpful at first on the phone and emailed me an exchange label to send the shirts back for the size I needed.
For almost 2 weeks never received new shirts . Finally called today and was informed that the size I needed , that the associate told me over the phone to include on the exchange info, does not even exist . No one ever notified me and has just been in their system as “pending”. today I requested a return label for the rest of the uniforms, I want to send the rest of the uniforms back with tags still attached.
Associate over phone never sent return label, they have a 30 day exchange policy that I just waited 2 weeks of now , at the rate this is going I might be left with 0 work uniforms .
This shouldn’t have to be this much work on my end .. and Its disappointing they don’t alter their own uniforms .

I always receive outstanding customer service when purchasing uniforms.
