Been trying to get a part for over 6 months. Always told the part was on back order. Called today and could not understand the lady at Air-Con. She speaks very little English. Gave her my e-mail address, but she did not follow up. Very poor service !!!

Local, fair priced, great quality. My go to brand for mini split units

Eduardo has been our sales rep for over 8 years and has been extremely professional. Air-Con has been around for many years and there mini split systems are very efficient with a great quality.

I’ve been buying mini splits for our campus for the last 3 years from Eduardo at Air con int. Can’t beat the price or the quality of these units. They’re actually labeled Air Con but open them up and they’re a name brand inside. Over 50 units installed with no issues. Just installed a 2 zone ducted fan coil for the addition in my house and they’re great. Super quiet, super efficient. (i am a pro w/epa cert)

The company is very responsive when it comes to selling you the product. I wish I could say the same about getting parts. I have found that their parts department is very lacking both in initial response and follow up.
