Alpha Woodwork did my stairs. They were great to work with and did a fabulous job. They even came back to replace some defective rods. I plan on using their partner for a patio enclosure.

SHOCKED AT THE LIES ON THE OWNER’S REPLY! YOU DROPPED THE BALL, LUIS. SOMEONE ELSE WORTHY OF MY BUSINESS PICKED IT UP AND MADE THE SALE. I HAVE ALL THE SCREEN SHOTS AND EMAILS TO PROVE YOUR LIES AND EVEN YOUR APOLOGY! THAT IS WHAT IS “SO SAD” HERE. Unbelievable. I am allowed to ask as many questions as i want when spending thousands of dollars! see that Google readers? they want you to spend money and not ask ALL your questions first because they “think” they already answered them. Laughable. My Original review still stands, You were terrible!- Received terrible customer service from Luis, who is actually the person who is giving himself a 5 star review so far here on Google, employees should not be able to review themselves! that alone is a lie an now they removed it. He came out and gave me a quote and that was it, he never showed up to bring the samples he promised to show us, never picks up the phone, never responds to texts and never returns missed calls or voicemails. wasted WEEKS of my time. i gave him more than enough chances to redeem himself, he apologized at how bad he has been and then this weekend he dropped the ball AGAIN, if i cannot get him on the phone, how would i get him on the job? he had time to review chick fil a and burgers last week but not to contact customers back? WOW! laughable. beware! low quotes come with low end service. i found a better price in the end and great service with The Stair Company. UPDATE IN REPLY TO THE RESPONSE. Unbelievable and not true i have the emails and texts. Luis NEVER SHOWED UP with samples! period. and HE is the one to said to call him after 7 and up until 10pm on a weekend once he got out of church! these people are liars and very unprofessional. i game them MULTIPLE chances to gain my business, i even have emails showing the apologies for lack of service from Luis. how DARE them reply to my reply with LIES! just disgusting. to say i kept asking questions about stuff that was already answered is a LIE. why would i do that? i kept contacting them to get them to show up! never happened. i should not have to CHASE a business down for weeks or beg them to come with samples that they promised to being and START a job. and to mention how many bad reviews i posted is irrelevant, clearly those business gave me poor service, just like Alpha Woodwork did and i am going to voice my opinion, bad or good. i am posting a pictures of Luis email apologizing for his poor service and telling me to call him at night after hours! the truth lies there. SEE FOR YOURSELF.

Best stair/woodwork company I’ve work with ever! Luis is extremely competent and Fabio has a wide knowledge about this area! I’ve been working with them for several years and will continue to work!!!

I’ve had my staircase railing replaced by them, and they’re the best!!! Good price, excellent work, extremely competent!!! I’m really happy with my new railing!!!
