SCAM SCAM SCAM they offer you a trial and then when you tell them it does not work as good as dawn dish soap they wont take the product back. It was a 30 day trial that they never mentioned. AND they do not take the product back. So not sure how they can offer a trial but never accept product back. They sound nice on the phone till you tell them you are not going to pay and then they go straight to nasty!!!!

Friendly phone call at First- Sounds too good to be true- it certainly is.Nasty bunch of Scammers- send you things you did not order and then send you a high priced bill. Best advise is just to hang up and Not answer.
Sending a note to the BBB in Florida.Avoid them at all costs

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! it is a scam after you recevie ihe product and find out thet it is inadquate you cant ever get a hold of anyone to tell them you would like to return it NO ONE WILL PICK UP PHONE and they have no answering system/ machine !!!!! until after the 30 days then all of a sudden they’re easy to get in tuch with!! because they want their MONEY To sum yhis up they are rude use threatening tactics will harass you and call 1000 times . stay away SCAM SCAM SCAM. 0 stars -5 stars

I wish I could give less than one star. I did not want to talk to them, they are inappropriately flirty and deceptive. When our Receptionist began screening them out of my calls they began being abusive to her on the phone. They still call every day. They are crooks. They beg to send free samples that you cannot send back and get charged for if you keep.

This company calls and then uses verbal PO’s to send order that we/company did not agree to order. They are super shady and rude to you when you call back to return the shipment. They will then invoice you and tell you if your company doesn’t pay then they will send it to collections which could affect your company rating. Do not answer the phone or if you do don’t accept the UPS Shipment! Maybe they have a good product, but who knows it all about the money for American Research Kemicals.
