Dr. George, his PA intern (young lady can’t remember her name) and the nurses and receptionist were all extremely friendly and attentive. Went in for a physical and found my primary doctor now. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Highly recommend.

I had multiple issues just trying to get anyone to return phone calls to me with regard to rescheduling an appointment that the Dr. canceled, filling prescriptions, and getting referrals.

I have submitted six phone calls and voice messages and still cannot get a response. At this point, I have a mammogram scheduled that will have to be pushed because they issued me a referral for the wrong window of time relative to the annual nature of scheduling mammograms. I am also now out of a prescription that should have been originally filled at a Walgreens per the ACA regulations.

Staff very rude. They don’t care about patients. Waiting times are very long.

The registration at the front desk is a miserable person. She does not make a person feel welcomed, I said hello to her she did not respond. I’m asking her questions and she’s cutting me off and answering me with an attitude. The worst! She’s need to be replaced if she can’t have compassion for others.

This place is an absolute disgrace! Terrible receptionists and always a scheduling nightmare. If you have an appointment, be prepared to sit anyway and be treated as a walk-in, no matter how serious your issue(s) may be.
