Monica A. Ferreira was the worse Massage Therapist I have ever had. As a person that gets massages on a regular basis, literally 2x a week for the past 20 years. I can honestly tell you that this was by far the worse massage of my life. I called and booked a 90 min massage and was asked again when i got to this so called spa, if it was a 90min and I confirmed. As it turns out, the girls stopped at 45 min, to tell me we were done. She left the room, I then reminded her it was a 90, she then told me she had another massage booked. She spent the whole time rushing through my massage, only to stop several time to answer the phone during the massage and to check her text messages. As there was no front desk person. She bounced from one body part to the next, like she was sprinting. It was like she was spreading oil over my back and not a massage at all. I asked her why she was rushing and she said she had another massage booked. I should also mention, I arrived 20min. prior to my appointment. Then sat and waited till 10 min past my the actually booked time of my massage, she came out and was surprised I was there. She asked me how I got in as the door was looked. I booked a deep tissue that was an absolute joke, more like a speed rub, with zero pressure. Not very comfortable from the start. I was not asked any questions prior to starting on how we liked our massages (soft, med or hard) etc. The space was so small that she literally had to push me and the whole table over so she could fit her body between the table and the wall, to work on one side, then push the table back when she switched to the opposite side of my body. To top it off she spent a good majority of the massage talking to about her life story and asking questions about me, which was very unprofessional. Afterwords I felt stressed, tensed and totally unsatisfied. P.S. After it was finished she told me all she takes is cash..I should have known something was shady when she ask me if I found her on Craigslist. Do your self a favor, STAY AWAY!!!!!

I purchased a Groupon and was able to get an appt rather quickly. The environment was very clean and relaxing. Diego administered my massage and it was amazing, he paid close attention to the areas that I mentioned on the intake form. I left feeling rejuvenated. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Will be going back for sure!
