Awesome place to work out, owners and staff can’t be beat

Great gym. Friendly staff and welcoming environment.

I feel very safe with them checking your temperatures as you enter the gym.

This place has charm; feels like a good old gym Love it.

Before I joined the gym, I asked them if I can use the cardio room and they agreed. After few months, when I tried to use it, they refused! Very disappointed!

Tried LA Fitness and Planet Fitness around the area but this gym has more than either if those gyms could offer and we’ll maintained. The dumbbells are literally always racked in order. Personally, the age of the equipment doesn’t phase me. It still functions just as well as newer equipment but also shows character.

Old Old equipment… Bunch of steroid taking guys ,and gals ..,Showers does not get hot water … Lots of machine but mostly bought at rummage sale for cheap cause it’s ancient. Very uncomfortable bad vibes atmosphere.
