Atlántico at Palm Aire

My boyfriend and I cannot express how much we love living at Atlantico . Laura is by far the best leasing consultant here and has always provided such exceptional hospitality. Any issues we come across , she makes sure to address diligently and professionally.
The dog park is what drew me to the community and the pool is our favorite place to be , when the weather permits. We definitely feel at home.

Been Living here at Atlántico for close to year. No complains. I love how active management is by organizing events. It really does feel like home at Atlantico.

I like living here because everything gets done on a timely manner. Staff is pleasant and always willing to help out when they can.

Laura is the reason I am writing this review! She was by far the best tour guide I came across in the Fort Lauderdale area. All of her residents knew her by name and truly felt like a community. I chose a property that was closer to the airport, but of the 17 properties I toured, this had the most inclusive feel. If you are on the fence, I would say go for it as the reviews speak for themselves.

Incredible experience so far. From the leasing process to moving in, I have nothing but praise for the team who manages everything. Laura and Brooke are wonderful and have great customer service. Valet trash is a huge plus, and all the amenities save us so much money per month. I’m super grateful and blessed for the decision to move in here. Our last apartment and the way it was managed was not a great experience, but moving in at Atlantico has been such a positive experience. Thank you to all the great staff!
