AT&T Store

I went in just to get a new phone but didn’t know the model I wanted. Angelo helped me pick out a new phone and phone case and I left satisfied with my purchase.

Recently joined AT&T using this store. It wasn’t done properly and I wasn’t able to receive calls for a week. I have had to take the day off work to fix it.

Make sure if you are transferring from Verizon you get the account transfer number. They didn’t tell me this and this is where all the confusion came from.

People who work there have good intentions. They just made a mistake that costs me a huge amount of trouble.

Angelo, the store manager, was super helpful. I’ve been trying for the past two days to setup a new wireless account online but kept encountering an error. He was able to get it resolved and had me setup really quickly. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Definitely will be returning for all of my product needs and help.

Great experience! Angelo fixed my Microsoft surface pro weeks prior. My sister and I were updating from iPhone 10 to iPhone 11. He advised we come in and the experience was seamless and super easy. He was very helpful and we are so happy with our phones. I really suggest coming in to see Angelo instead of calling AT&T on the phone and spending hours. You’ll be in and out and happy quickly!

Angelo and Jared were the best. They helped me set up up my Microsoft Surface Pro after spending over a week with AT&T on the phone. I definitely recommend coming in to see them with any of your technical issues. Great guys and great store! 5 stars!
