We had recently ported our numbers from another carrier and upgraded our phones through an AT&T deal. However, we were having major issues with entire process. We had spent countless hours on the phone with AT&T’s 1-800 phone customer service. Literally hours on the phone.

We decided to go into the store for help, and James was able to solve the issues quickly and with a smile. Big thanks to James for the A++ (pardon the pun) customer service.
