Avana Bayview Apartments

I normally don’t write reviews. However, I think the new management crew here deserve to be acknowledged for the courteous and timely service they provide. I have lived here for 2 years and I have not always been satisfied with the service I have received from the leasing office. But, I must say I think they have finally produced a leasing management team that can effectively run this property well. Karina, Tammy and Stephanie have been especially accommodating. It is refreshing and I say thank you!

The property is very pretty! The upgraded apartments are simply amazing! My apartment is 1350 sq feet and has plenty of room! Not to mention the amenities are clean and nice.

I am in the process of selling my home and have been apartment hunting. I’ve really enjoyed working with Stephanie M in the leasing office. She is knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. I’ve been back several times to look at available apartment models. The community is beautiful and well maintained.

I went to Avana for a tour I kinda of was taken back. Since I have been looking for a new apartment usually they say the same thing over and over pretty scripted. But today I actually was surprised by a tour that was so original. I was happy to say the pressure was off and I really think this will be my new home.

My application/move-in process was quick and went smooth. Apartment was clean and any concerns I had were addressed within 24 hrs. Tammy gets things done pronto!! Kudos to Tammy!! And big thank you to the entire staff. Everytime I call the office for any assistance I get immediate response from Karina, Tammy or Stephanie. The same goes for the maintenance staff Carlos and Juan are at my door quickly if I ever need anything and are very kind and helpful. I feel like they are all taking pride in their property and making sure all their residents are taken care of.
