Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I’ve never had to wait in line for more than 5-10 minutes to do my banking at a Teller window at this location, unlike the location on Oakland Park Blvd, which can have over 30 minute waits… Never crowded, clean, Tellers are polite and quick. I wish they still had drive-thru’s open, especially now during the pandemic.

The worst banking experience I’ve ever receive. The manager Rachel displayed zero emotions of sympathy or apathy for their lack of customer service. They didn’t even offer an apology. I now know why they’re rating is so low. It might be close to you guys but do yourself the favor and drive an extra couple miles and go to a different bank. Believe me you will thank me later

Absolute joke… rude, unprofessional, and completely inconsiderate of customers time… there are thousands of BoA locations – DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE.

This branch seems to always have an issue… From ATM’s not working, the entire branch closed on random days, losing their internet connection, losing power and rebooting their entire system taking 20+ minutes to restart. Bank of America should invest in their infrastructure and pay their employees living wages. Sadly, another failure of corporate America’s broken system.

I could give this bank 0 stars if I could, arrived since 11 am and never was attended. Other people that got there after us were being attended, extremely unorganized!!! Gave up and left at 1 pm. A worker there said if we were leaving and I told her we got tired of waiting and she said ok. Didn’t even care about losing a customer. Such a waste of time. Terrible customer service. Never again coming to this location.
