Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Turned away for not having an appointment for a notary. I am a business platinum business member and expect a little better service considering what I pay for an account with BOA. Every other branch I go to has no issues notarizing a document ad-hoc. Manager didn’t seem to care whatsoever and made zero attempt to work something out.

It is the worse bank of america in the Florida.
I went to deposit about $4025 and I asked to the Teller please count in the machine because I am not sure how much is. She said to me – no
You have to count first- imaging counting this quantity in $20 bills

Nice and convenient Bank of America branch. Don Stefan is very nice and kind. Sometimes they are short on staff but everyone is very nice!

One of the worst BOA’s. As others have mentioned 15 people in line one attendant working. On numerous occasions with this happening staff members felt best to sit there and point out if someone was 4 or 5 feet apart and not 6 all while again being severely backed up…maybe help your customers complete their transactions and you wouldnt have to worry about the space between them. Clear disregard for peoples time.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I hope someone with real power over this BOFA branch reads this, this location needs to be closed down or you need to fire the whole staff there and get new folk, I will be closing my account and taking all my money. I have never been to a place of business and not even being able to find one helpful person or someone that acts like they care about their customers. They had me wait for literally an hour before I could meet a banker. The dude acted like a big shot and moved through leisurely, I felt like he was intentionally making me annoyed , because he must have common sense that waiting this long would make customers cranky, I sure hope that the person he was working with is Elon Musk because a few people at the branch today decided to close down their account. Very terrible service. I hope that whole staff is replaced.
