Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

As always the teller line was out the door and took approx 30 min to make a deposit.
I have to go thru the line due to depositing money orders

Alfredo Gomez is by far the most professional bank employee I have ever dealt with. If you are looking for a trust worthy and reliable associate to keep your hard earned money in a safe place, ask for Alfredo and you wont go anywhere else.

I don’t usually come to this location as I live near the Hillsboro branch. But my experience here was better than any other time I’ve been to any BA branch. The wait was bit long but that’s not unusual for this bank…
But the staff was very friendly and helpful. GABRIELLA specifically was amazing and very informative. I’ve been banking with BA for years now and have never had such a professional and one on one interaction. Very pleased with the service keep it up

I don’t get it…. if so many BOA are closed due to. Covid fear…. and a few are opened.. why wouldn’t you better staff the open Banks???
However, the staff that are at this Branch are very polite and helpful..

I had a very bad experience when I came to this bank. The manager and another person, David, had very bad manners and were not professional at all. They took our CD statement and kept it. Now we have to go back to get it and I’m not sure if they will give us back our property. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them a -10.
