Came in on Tuesday to do business here and this one women Angiella de Souza Ferreyra is soooo rude. She got mad and sighed and rolled her eyes because I refused her. Unfortunately I could understand what she was saying. The manager does not know how to manage. They need to remove rude employees and get a better branch manager because that Donna women doesn’t know how to speak to people very rude. They need to know that they are there because of us client that go do our business there.

I came in here a few months ago needing help with my business and personal account. I showed up without my business information and Jeff Draughon retrieved all my info, dialed the numbers, and solved all my problems. This is why I bank at BofA and I like this location. Thank you Jeff

This location eliminated most of the tellers, including all drive thru tellers, and was running on just 2 tellers for years. There was always a wait, but I was still just ok with this…..not happy, but ok. Now, they eliminated again, and are now down to just one teller. And the few employees that are left are now are so overworked that they are making bad mistakes. I just did a transaction with the one teller, and she posted it to the WRONG account, and now this is taking weeks to fix, and it is still not fixed. BOA, THIS IS INEXCUSABLE. THIS IS THE REASON THAT CUSTOMERS ARE TURNING AWAY, AND I JUST MAY DO SO ALSO!!!
