This bank is a joke.
I spend $2000/month with my business credit card.
On a payment, it was missing $15 on a month and they blocked my credit card for this reason. I called to have a solution and said I need to wait monday (we are friday), waiting that the $15 due are paid.
A joke.
Each time they block my card and say this is for my security. CORRECTION, this is for THEIR security, because anyway even if my card is hacked, they are obliged to refund me.

Always understaffed, always take over 2 hours when inside. My grandma had to come here so she can buy a new house. She got here and has waited for over 2 hours, she was over looked, got skipped in line and this has caused her to miss the deadline for submitting important paper work. We have put in a complaint with the manager and they do not care. They said that was normal and that she was not skipped in line. They only have one teller most the time.

I use several banks in the area and in most cases I can go and and get out pretty quickly because they have multiple tellers, when you walk into any Bank of America there is only ever 1 teller and although they are always courteous it’s such a disappointment that they have absolutely no help. The teller had 5 people in line and needed a manager for something, they then had to go into the safe to finish the transaction with her current client. The manager left the teller and then proceeded to help clients that just walked in the door instead of trying to help any of the clients that are already in line!!! This is horrible customer service and truly not the way to conduct business.
