Banyan Pointe Apartments

So I’ve been living here for awhile and so this place is ok but every night the people above me make noises once and awhile and the maintenance almost never come, my parents need to use our friends washing machine because after a few weeks they came and said they are going to order a new one, same with the garbage disposal, it’s been clogged for weeks until they come, I’m moving out in May, hopefully I’m still sane until then

This is a wonderful place, the ladies in the office are very nice, friendly and helpful.
Maintenance guys are very good.
We love the place and the people.

Some people complain about customer service, I think that being polite helps a lot in the way you want to be served.

The apartments and location are wonderful! But the office staff are non helpful, have very bad attitudes and very harassing. They come up with fees, so that they can pocket money. The most creepiest thing is that they have a guy that lives there with a newer yellow Camero that use to be the maintenance man, however he creeps some of the residents out, follows you, he even approached my child in a sexual manor. I pulled up his information a found out he is a sexual predator, please be careful if you have kids around this guy, tho he is no longer the maintenance guy, he still lives there and walk around all night to harass folks

We’ve been living in this complex going on 8 or 9 years.. things have gone downhill tremendously!!! They’re so worried with fixing up the outside to make things appealing to new renters , but as a current renter, let’s hope you don’t need to have maintenance come for any reason…BECAUSE THEY WON’T ! My fiance and I have been calling for months now about a broken refrigerator door and a leak in the master bedroom wall (near the window ) that keeps getting worse with every rain fall. Now it’s so bad, paint is starting to chip off and fall. EVERY TIME I call, it’s like it’s the first time .They act like I never called , like it’s some kind of surprise to them..” we need to create a work order” I’m told. Guess what!! 15 calls later and still issues are not fixed!!!! I was also told there was a ” waiting list” to have my carpets cleaned after 9 years of living here..come to find out, there is no such list!! They just say what they think you want to hear to shut you up!! If you’re able to afford not to live here…DON’T !!!! It’s a shame what’s happened to this place!
