Bar Louie – Coconut Creek

We had a fantastic in this restaurant. We liked the superb atmosphere and the meals. The staff members were super affable. I am content we eventually decided to try this restaurant.

Worst service ever. Yesterday my friend celebrated his birthday there. What a joke the service was!! Waited forever for everything! My family got there around 8:20 and we ordered our drinks right away. It took about 30 minutes for the server brings the wrong juice for daughters, 1 hour to bring my sangria and 1 hours to let my fiancé know that the beer that he ordered was out of stock. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. Around 9:20 we decided to ordered our food, nothing special, it was a simple burger that took more than one hour to be prepared. It got worse when I asked to talk to the manager and he came out with this rude attitude saying that the server just placed the order 40 minutes ago and he couldn’t do anything to help. So, when we think that is no way to get more worse, at the end the server mixed up all the bills and didn’t know which bill was from whom. I have never had such a bad experience, I do not recommend this place at all.

First and probably last time I ever go there, I asked a bartender there to make me a watermelon martini, she literally told me she didn’t know how and walked away?
I’ve worked hospitality before for a very long time and I would never speak that way to a paying customer. I was told by another bartender she’d make me one and it took 40 minutes before I finally received anything. This place definitely lacks good customer service I’m usually never one to complain. But the service there was terrible.

The food was excellent! The server needs to find another line of work. The whole atmosphere needs an overhaul. No greetings, staff was not friendly, margarita was served in a martini glass and overpriced. As I said food was great but I also come to enjoy an evening out. Don’t know if I would come back.

Food looked good yet quite bland in flavor, wont order the reisling again yet the bloody Mary was pretty good
