I’m amazed this place can remain in business. Utterly incompetent!! We bought an oven and a dishwasher. Didn’t work properly. They took the oven back, and brought another. Didn’t work properly. They took it back and “fixed” it. Doesn’t work. They don’t deserve a star.

One of their employees was driving on 95 south and swerving in an out of his lane because he was playing with his cell phone. I called the company and they don’t even care about what their drivers are doing. I talked to a woman who didn’t seem to care and I do believe she lied to me. I asked for a supervisor and she tells me “I talked to the supervisor and he said he’s going to handle it” but when I asked to speak to the supervisor myself I was told that he was not in the office and then I was told he’s not available. What great customer service. License plate number of horrible driver is NYB G64 he drives a gold dodge minivan

We had some rental property that we used Basilio appliances for. They always gave us good and reliable product and service. I would use them again

After a friend recommended them to me I contacted them in need of a washer, she sent me a photo of one in my price range. I said yes, Zelled the payment to them and it was delivered the next day. was exactly as described and works great. and it comes with 6 month warranty. couldn’t be happier! Thanks
