I am not a customer of Bass, but as an alarm dealer myself I was introduced to Bass through a common manufacturer. Through the years I’ve been to Bass’s building, met many members of their staff, and had many industry discussions with them. They truly are among the best of the best, and I learn something each time I have an opportunity to meet with them. Good people, selling a good product, with great knowledge. I’d highly recommend them.

We had a great experience from start to finish with our project, they did an awesome job with our installation. We HIGHLY recommend Bass to anyone interested in a security or sound system, not only were they extremely professional they also were very clean and left no mess behind at all! Thank You Brad!

Bass United Fire & Security has gone above and beyond on our fire alarm project! We like to think we hold a high standard in our own company, they surpassed our expectations. You call, they’re there! Great group of people, starting at the top and across the board to the 80+ support team members. Soon we are going to implement a camera system throughout our office and perimeter monitoring for the protection and safety of our employees, guests and neighbors….we will be using bass, for sure!

Really disappointed with the service this company provides and the people that work for them. If i could give them less stars I would. We are a company that has been doing business with Bass United for a long time.
Both the receptionist and any person I have spoke to regarding service have been rude. Receptionist and woman answering phone for service cut me off in the middle of me speaking. We have had an alarm going off in our building going on THREE days straight and the company cannot find time to make their way out to us. When this was brought to their attention the woman on the phone came across as rude and annoyed and offered no promise of when they were going to be able to solve the problem. Take your money your money elsewhere.

They charged me $415 to install a 5-cent resistor (yes, that’s the actual price of the part!) and have avoided returning calls or responding to in-person visits to the office to discuss the charges. Totally disrespectful of the customer, and dishonest.
