The worst bank to work with during this pandemic. Even if you make an appointment they question you about the service you’re requesting. I cannot fit in a drive through. Definitely not at all friendly worst customer service. I only come here because its in fron of my house but now I wouldnt even mind making an hour drive if it means not coming here

Horrible experience with this bank, the receptionist had told me to and I put this in quotes, “Go F Yourself” I had to make a quick stop to pick up a temporary card since mine had unidentifiable charges on it which is when I had kindly asked someone to help me with this issue, I had been waiting for a good 35 minutes! Keep in mind I arrived here at 12:00 PM and had not left until 1 PM, for such a simple issue. I had spoken with the manager who then proceeded to ask me to leave the premises or the cops would get called. Once I left, I called corporate which was no help either because of the fact I was told to “go to another bank” by one of the head supervisors. NEVER deal with this bank.

Horrible bank rude people.. Never seen anything like this.. Opened account with promotion they had and never gave me the money.

Try not to bank with Sandra. She says rude things. The 1st time, I guess I wasn’t fast enough getting my card out. She asked for the account number. I told her I’m getting my card out. She said she didn’t know that in a rude way. The 2nd time, I didn’t write down the amount because they count it anyway…so I leave it blank until after the money is counted. She told me to write down anything anyway. It makes no sense to me why she is like that so early in the day. If she’s the only one available, I’ll wait for someone else or walk out.
