I personally love bit defender. Not being based in the US I think gives a different approach and view to the way they act towards customers. I have contacted them a couple of times over the years and it’s always been a pleasant experience. I have used other virus software but so far theirs has been the one I have liked the most. I recommend it if my opinion counts.
This company make me very upset, they renew automatically, I ask for my money back and they take so long to make this happening, until now I don’t have my money back yet. I just will be more carefully with this kind service.
These people are impossible to contact. Try and see 🙁
They make the best cyber security software for commercial and residential
Terrible customer service. They take days, sometimes weeks to respond to e-mails. They charge your credit card for an auto renewal even when you already paid to renew your subscription. Then when you ask for a refund they give you the runaround and try to offer a crappy deal so they don’t have to refund your money. And when you refuse the deal they take 3 weeks to issue your refund. Actually, it probably would have been longer if I didn’t call. BUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE! After they refunded the auto renew, they disabled my subscription even though I still had a paid subscription for one year! Been e-mailing back and forth with their support for 3 weeks, anything done? Nope! They don’t actually listen to what your problem is, they just send regurgitated responses. And when you reply to those responses pointing out you already did those things and they’re not addressing the issue at hand…they never respond! Finally fed up with the company (the issues started November 28th 2016, and I am writing this January 18th, 2017…been nothing but issues that whole time) I e-mailed them (last week) saying I want a refund for the subscription I paid for (before they auto charged my credit card for the auto renew) because if they can’t get their customer support together how can I trust them to protect my computer? Spoiler alert: no response.
