HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! purchased a $1800 Tankless water heater, dead out of the box, spoke with a technician, was told parts would be mailed out next day. Next day rolls around I didn’t receive the parts, called back furious and upset since I was going on 3 days without hot water in the middle of winter… was told well there is nothing you can do about it, we will try to ship it out today… See attached photo of the cracked part that made my unit dead out of the box. I’m so furious with them, their service and response.

Absolutely the worst job i have ever taken, for a time at the company HR was making calls over the engineering departments tasks and direction. Hired for a position was not even tasked to the position description. HEAVY office politics in play, you will spend roughly 50% covering you own butt from being the blame of management.
Management changes yearly because they cannot retain employees. You are underpaid and expected to work extra hours every week without compensation to make it worth your while. For a company which makes HVAC its has MOLD Present thought the building, and nothing is done to make the workplace except-able working conditions. FHP is separate from Bosch, buildings are actually separated and treatment reflects this.

STAY CLEAR, there are some many other better opportunities which will merit advancement, better work environment, and better pay.

PS: Be-careful of HR department I was warned by 5 employees to stay clear. HR is a big reasons for many of the employees resigning. Expect hostile conversations.

I Wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. I work for an HVAC company that installed a Bosch unit in a home in 2012. The blower motor has failed and the system is under warranty. I requested the part to be overnighted at our expense since this is an elderly couple, their home is 97 degrees, and this is the only system in their home. We have yet to see the part and have been waiting for over a week. I guess this factory works at their own pace to help people and we are NOT that kind of neglectful company therefore we will not be installing anymore of these units.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. How can you conceivably fail to stock a replacement motor anywhere within your “distribution network”? After being grossly overcharged for a proprietary motor that is apparently manufactured third party and agreeing to pay a premium for next day delivery, we are told that they would need 3 to 5 days for their manufacturer to respond. Beware and buy elsewhere
