I would’ve put a zero if it was a option. I’ve called everyday and left literally 15 messages in a weeks time for 2 weeks in a row! I have STILL not gotten a call back. I haven’t gotten an email, phone call. I dont even know if this is a legitimate company.

Save yourself sometime and choose another company..horrible customer service and never answer their phones and do not return phone calls.. find somewhere that your valued..this isnt the place.

This place has to be the worst business ever. I have a friend that simply needs a payoff amount so they can pay a loan in full and this so called business says this will take at least a week. This is ridicules, they cannot even have the courtesy to contact there client and give them an update. mean while they are living out of a hotel with children because they cannot close on a mortgage loan until Boston Portfolio Advisors give them a payoff amount. absolutely RIDICULES

Have not received document already 1 week since that call. I have tried calling but all I can get is a busy signal. Even when you do call there is no receptionist/operator. I understand it might be a small business BUT I mean come on hiring a front desk/phone employee isn’t that expensive.
