Omg this place is a joke tried to call yesterday and they kept saying I didn’t have service and she hung up on me (had perfect service btw and so did my husband)- called back and hardly anyone answered it was just silent with noise in background. Who runs this place? Oh also called BSO and the dispatcher took a report and dispatched a car out that never went to the house to get the guy with an outstanding warrant. Real nice…

Update: here are the times I called and I called once from my husbands phone- I always have service and I could hear noise on the other end so the issue clearly was not on my end- but seems BSO doesnt care much about warrants since they still havent responded to call(s) 👏

Too slow and incompetent! I gave a solid, good tip and they dragged their feet and let a criminal with an outstanding warrant get away!
