This is been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever been through in my life. There’s not enough help for the patient so you could possibly set for an hour up to an hour and a half waiting for pain medication that you were supposed to have two hours prior. You have no information about getting out of this place nobody came around to get me up Out of bed I’ve been here for nine days I am furious and I hope somebody from this hospital calls me so I can reiterate the horrible experience I’ve had here

Patient Beware!!!
Good doctors, they sewed me up and took good care of me.

This is where you need be cautious. Upon my dismissal from my visit, I was told to come back to Imperial Point to have my stitches removed. I asked at that very moment, “Do I need to come back to ER for this, will I be charged again $150 for the visit?” I was told it would NOT be charged as it was a follow-up to have the stitches removed. Well….they charged me to sit at the administration desk and have a worker who was working the desk remove them for me. Fast forward a few months and I have a collection agency chasing me after NO contact from the hospital nor anything in the mail. How do they run their BUSINESS over there??? I disputed the charge and was told that the ADMINISTRATORS rebuked ‘only go to ER for emergency purposes” but that is a direct conflict of what was communicated to me. I was there and certain of what I was told to me but some coward hiding behind customer service makes a decision based on ‘our policy’ vs ‘what was communicated to the patient’. Just know what you may be dealing with before you go give them your BUSINESS. Sorry, you’ve lost a customer who used to speak highly of your COMPANY.

The hospital is old. Yes some of the nurses seems they don’t care. The doctors seems like they are unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing and to a patient that can be a bit concerning. I think for the hospitals who are not performing well as other hospital are needs to merge with those hospitals who are doing well and pick up some additional training and get educated

Today I went in with my husband and baby to the ER we’re 4 hours away from home and I thank God we came here to this hospital! To begin with the from ladies at the reception were caring and quick to attend us ! We also met nurse James and Dr. Delgado! Such pleasant people to be around when my husband was in pain . We were in and out of the hospital ! Everything was done very efficiently, professional, and politely ! Nurse James was above and beyond with educating us in the issue and what steps were going to be next ! I really like how James continued to update us on everything ! Never ever had such a smooth experience at the ER ! We were treated with such good respect ! Highly recommend!

The emergency room at the hospital was great, but when my mother was admitted to the ICU she was mistreated by the CNAs on duty. My mother is a Registered Nurse and while receiving her care at this hospital she felt the staff was unprofessional. They were speaking in the hallway about her and claiming that she was there for drugs. After being there my mother decided to leave so she could get the help she need at home. Thankfully we transferred to another hospital where she was diagnosed and treated. And they treated her well.
