It is not the most pleasant experience, in the context of COVID and the cleanliness that I would have liked to find when renting a car.
The car was dusty in the back, possibly only the steering wheel was wiped. On the back seats, in the middle compartment, where is a room for the bottle, was a package of drinks; I think for a year sitting there, he had a lot of small flies there.
We found out halfway, so we couldn’t go back.
The 3-year-old child was sitting in her chair in the back. We couldn’t wait to get the car back.
Can you imagine your child sitting 4 hours near such a view?
Plus, they charged us $ 30 extra for gas, in that we refueled 4 minutes before returning the car. The ferry was full. We are still waiting for a refund.

Reliable and great customer service

We wenr there today to exchange a car we picked up at the airport yesterday. Pauline was awesome! She was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Car was clean and sanitized. Great place!

This location is nice but the manager and the maintenance guy are rude and unprofessional. This was my first and last time ever coming to this location. They give you the run around and if something is wrong with your reservation they can not help with anything as if your doing fraud. I had an issue the day before and return the next morning after fixing the issue and the guy was just angry and was stressing about his lunch time. Never again. Good luck to anyone else.
