This company is horrible, I have been without a fridge since Monday, got to them Tuesday, and it’s currently Friday, we’ve been told that they have to “look” for a fridge! I’ve called everyday since Monday and was only called or given information ONCE, finally when I called today the lady(MYA) who is supposedly the only phone handler knew nothing about an update on our fridge and could not give us a date to when we would get our fridge, then after asking for someone else to speak to, she hung up the phone, run from here if you want fast, efficient and good customer service.

I am writing this review for my elderly parents. They contacted C&S because their dishwasher “wasn’t cleaning good enough”. The technician came for $45 to diagnose the issue which he said was a heat sensor.. He came back a few days later with part and that was not the problem.. Then he couldn’t even put the dishwasher back together so he left the door off. This is obviously worth a bad review since it was a misdiagnoses as well as a tech that didn’t know how to put something back together. A complete waste of time that costed my parents $45. I do not recommend this company.

They were very prompt and knowledgeable about my refrigerator repair. The gentlemen were courteous and the price was fair. They wore the proper Covid protective gear and even foot coverings so as not to track. I would highly recommend them.

They deserve no starts at all. Have the worse costumer service and basically are a scam. They come out to check your appliance, recommending you to replace it because the “repair will be more expensive than replacing it” . But they sell you a used appliance (they probably took from another costumer they had told him the same! ) which go bad as well after couple of weeks/ months in the good scenario. When they come out to check the appliance to they sold you they said it is not under warranty or the warranty doesn’t cover the problem they found. Stay alway!

Worst place to conduct business. Bought one washer and one dryer. Appliances broke within a week. Called it in, the technician was really nice but the lady who runs the office was rude and kept on speaking to the tech in another language on speaker. after I asked them to please speak in my house in a language I could understand. She then proceeded to call me and was not very kind over the phone kept on speaking over me and continue to basically say “you paid what you got” would not recommend this place to an enemy. The washer is still not draining and the dryer takes 2 1/2 hours to dry a small load.
