Carrabba’s Italian Grill

We placed an online order an hour ago for pick up, order instructions said it will be ready
at seven pm. We arrived five minutes after the time instructed, we parked at the to go curbside pick up space and wait for another five minutes , no one came to us, my husband went inside and ask for our food. We ordered a salmon with fetuccini alfredo and we paid the extra for the substitution , plate came with mash potato all over the salmon and he couldn’t eat it, food was cold as well We as well ask for utensils and extra bread and didn’t come with the order. Very disappointed.

The food is consistently fresh and tasty, staff members provides excellent customer service. I like how clean it is and atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

I usually don’t leave reviews for corporate chains, however I have to say… The bartender Whitney is so unbelievably nice and accommodating, I felt it was more than deserving and really the least I could do. She was on it, when my drink went low, she was there to fill it. The food is always great, so that’s a bonus… LoL.. I certainly recommend this location for great food and even better service.

First time coming to this wonderful place and mark made me feel at home the food was splendid and his service was outstanding…. mark keep making this place greater my friend you have something special

Whitney at the bar is the ultimate in customer service. She treated me like a regular even tho I was visiting. Kudos to her management!
