In the months I’ve been here, I’ve had an amazing time. Coming into work isn’t something I dread. Even when there are lots of things to do, as we do stay very busy, that’s fine! Working at Centra, we receive the tools that we need and when we believe that there is something we can do to improve our situation or method, the managers listen. While there have been some downs during my time here, they’ve been remedied so quickly that I consider them proof that this is a pretty great place to work.

Centra Healthcare Solutions is a company that will work to no end in order to ensure clients get the right candidate to fill a position, and make sure that candidates love the position they are placed in. Recruiters that work tirelessly, and are almost always available to reach, and a compliance team with great customer service.

I previously worked for another nurse recruiting agency. Now that I’m at Centra, they taught me how to really connect with my nurses by addressing their needs, concerns and being a true advocate. Centra provides personalized “white glove” service like a boutique shop while offering numerous contracts from various facility types. I am glad to have made the leap and establishing my value at Centra!
