Horrible experience for a long term customer with multiple accounts. I do not need lectures for showing up and asking for service. The worst customer service….

I love Chase products, but this branch really makes me think of taking my business elsewhere. Very understaffed, really unprofessional- it’s so conveniently close. I was going to set up a business account today. I went through their online system and was asked to set up an appointment with the branch (I knew it wouldn’t be good)… my appointment was for 12PM, they sent nice reminders. At 12:09 I still didn’t receive a call so I called the number in the email. Robert picked up very quickly and said he was just getting ready to call me. No apologies. After about 5 minutes into the conversation it was clear the phone call was a waste of time. He said I would have to make an appointment at the branch (not a chance) and when I asked him to provide me information about the chase business services, he said he wasn’t able to do that either (but he could mail me a flyer or I could look online). This place gives me a headache…

Problems with getting checks and statements, lots of lip service, think they are using my money and blocking me from access because I am out of state at the moment! Almost a year with no checks and they say they can’t mail them to my PO Box, yet I receive all my other mail. BE CAREFUL at Palm Aire Branch.

something “not right” is going on, been unable to receive checks for six months. Latest claim is my address is wrong. Yet, I get mail from everyone else. Representative also lost some of the forms that a co-signer signed. Very strange things going on!
