Done business with them in the past; ALWAYS issues, nothing ever done right the first time. I came back to purchase a custom cloth which I had done twice before that I actually was pleased with. I drove 40 minutes to pick up my cloth, only to find it was done wrong and had to leave without the cloth. They produced some cheap, tarp looking cloth that was nothing like the last two I had purchased from them for approx $250 each. I drove BACK again, 40 minutes, just to show them the last 2 cloths I purchased and compare the quality stitching, etc. My order was Aug 19…it is Sept 26 and I STILL don’t have my cloth, when I was told 2 weeks. Not a word from them! I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW! The banners I bought lasted only a short while and have fallen apart. 1 million excuses but all I wanted was what I paid for. At this point, I just want my money back.
