Club Wyndham Royal Vista

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with any Hotel/Condo. I booked a room here for 4 nights online by accident thinking the hotel was in a different location, I immediately called the hotel to cancel the reservations. The lady I spoke with was rude and assured me that they have a zero refund policy & I wasn’t able to get my money back. I’m still fighting with them and working with the bank to get my $800 back. What a pain in the neck. If you’re looking for a place to stay I recommend taking your business elsewhere, seems like this place likes to rob people!

Suzie is so awesome, so friendly, makes great drinks and now I’m coming back to see her all of the time. The parrot greeting us at the front of the tiki bar is my favorite host ever, she is so adorable doing little dances for us and making happy sounds. The location is so amazing, right on the sand and the live music on Sunday was fantastic!

I visited my cousin and her hubby who were staying here for their vacation and the 1BR suite they were staying in was amazing! There’s a kitchen, a wrap around balcony with a really great ocean view of the beach, a garage, & a pool. There’s still construction on the property but it looks like staying here will be enjoyable when the renovations are complete. Finally, there are various eateries & restaurants nearby, some in walking distance & some a short drive away. Enjoy your stay!

There were a few small bugs running around the room. The water pressure in the bathroom sink needed more power. The apartment was nice.

This is a 5 star Wyndham resort in Pompano Beach Florida directly on the Atlantic ocean. We were lucky to have arrived on the 1st full moon of December 2020. It was a beautiful sight to see. The resort Is one of the nicest that I have been in and would highly recommend it.Many of the activities are limited because of the virus but you just can’t beat the view.
