Great location, service and ambience. Love all the friendly returning guests! Definitely and older crowd. Great Tiki bar with and pool with the most awesome bar tender and pool attendant! Very clean and sanitary. I wish there was an actual restaurant on property but a short walk to the pier has a few great ones! Loved the room too!

Avoid the sales presentation! I was told there would be no “hard selling” and that it would only take an hour. I was there 2 1/2 hours as the sales person repeatedly shamed me for not having more points. I was offered more points as a lower rate than today’s rate if I purchased the points then and there. I was charged $40 to attend the presentation and told that the $40 would be refunded after I attended the presentation. After the presentation, I was told that the $40 was nonrefundable. I had to spend another 20 minutes fighting for the refund that I was told I would receive. I left without the refund. I did receive the refund later that day but I lost all confidence in what a staff member at that resort tell me. I was told that I would receive a cabana at the beach for half the price if I attended the presentation. The person who checked me in said that I had to attend the presentation first, before I could receive the discount. When I went to the front desk to retrieve the coupon for the discounted cabana, I was told that I had to have purchased the half price cabana before the presentation in order to receive the discount. I was told that the manager, Raul, who had checked me in and told me to purchase the cabana after the presentation would call me about the situation but he never did. I went to the beach and paid full price for the cabana and gave up. The resort is nice but the experience with the concierge and the sales team made the vacation 1 star. I have had a better experience at many different Worldmark resorts.

We stayed at this resort for 5 nights and our entire extended family had two condos. We asked them to put us near each other, but we were on different floors on the opposite side of the same building. Not a huge deal, but farther than we hoped. The resort itself was lovely and all of the amenities were awesome! Some of the pools were heated, the tiki bar is fun and drinks were yummy, the rooms were nice and clean. Right across the street from an entrance to the beach – the convenience is awesome. We had a great view of the sunset from one of our rooms. We loved the text service with the front desk.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the concierge. They did not ask, but told us when we checked in that we would be attending a sales presentation and gave us little input as to when it would be. They also did not clearly explain the gift options available. When another family member checked in, they told her something different about the gift options and sales presentation. They gave only one of us a piece of paper with the options and did not honor what they told us at check-in about how to redeem. We talked to 5 different people between the concierge and the sales presentation and most everyone told us something different about the gift options and how to redeem them. It was very frustrating. It is okay if the answer is no, but just be consistent and tell us from the beginning. They were only focused on getting you in for the sales presentation. They told us it would not be a hard sell, but very casual and relaxed, but it was definitely a hard sell with a lot of pressure to buy. It also took 2.5 hours and we were initially told it would take 60 minutes, then 90 minutes, and it actually took 2.5 hours. A full morning that would have been much better spent at the beach. If you do go to this resort, save yourself and just tell them no on the sales presentation and ignore all the gifts and gimmicks – you are better off just paying full price for any of the gift options they offer. Honestly not sure if we would come back to this resort after the experience we had with the concierge, but would definitely never do a sales presentation with them again.

Room felt like a less expensive motel. No ice on resort, only ice trays but ours didn’t freeze and no fan in the bathroom. Reported both issues 1st day, not even a visit from maintenance. Location is fantastic and I’m sure they have better suites but just not what you want to stay in for a week. Overall though, the Location and the beach made up for it. Just don’t expect much assistance from front desk during these times.

The location is very good on A1A. The only thing is they didn’t give us the view that we ordered. One of the elevators was out. If you are a tall or large person the sinks are set very low and the toilet is very small and low. The bed mattress is wonderful. It’s close to the ocean.
