The ice cream is great! But what i experienced today was just horrible service. The service that worked there today took absolutely no responsibility for anything that was happening. Taking NO care about their costumers and ignoring all rules. Very very upsetting! Other than that… the ice cream is great!

OK! the only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because I wish I could buy birthday cake remix pre-packaged!!

I ordered a personalized ice cream birthday cake for my daughter 2 weeks ago to be picked up on February 6. When I arrived February 6, the cake was not at all ready AND I have emailed corporate AND have left several messages for Pompano manager.
The pitifully slow customer service call back time and lack of a sense of caring are glaringly apparent at this store.

Think twice before ordering any customized birthday or special occasion cakes from this store.

In my opinion the service was not the best one and the icecreams also taste with too much sugar for me. Someone who never drinks coke.

You can do better guys with your service!

Great place. Once in a while they even have rum raisin icecream. They keep it in the back. You got to ask for it, if it is one you like.
