Cold Stone Creamery

Just left this location and it was horrible. They had 7ppl working doing absolutely nothing. The girl who fixed my icecream had no idea of what to do. My love it size was the size of a like it. Stood in line forba extra 5 mins waiting to be cashed out. You would think with 7ppl working i should have been in and out….wrong. highly disappointed

I really don’t go out for ice cream often, but if I get a craving I gladly make the trip to Coldstone at the Promenade.
Tonight’s visit was wonderful! Staff greeted me as I came into the store. The team that works there is young, upbeat, polite, and eager to help. The young lady (Juliana R.?) that assisted me was respectful and very nice. I ordered the Milk & Oreo Cookies shake. She did a great job making the shake. It was delicious! I recommend Cold Stone.

Always enjoy my cold stone, me and my g treat ourselves once a month. I had the founder favorite add sprinkles and she had the strawberry blonde with a waffle cone.

In one word- amazing. The ice cream flavors are unique, the staff is friendly and it’s just delicious! They have Persian pastries too bit sadly you could only buy them by the box, and I only wanted a piece or three.

Every time I order from this location I receive horrible service. Their employees do not read orders correctly or double check the orders. I spoke to the manager once and his excuse was that the employee was new. This has happened multiple times. I recently ordered a plain waffle bowl and a completely different item was sent to me. Does not wrap bowl when asked especially with everything going on during the pandemic. Absolutely poor customer service. Will never visit this location again!
