Awesome marina for service! Great communication especially for a busy with owner always on site to keep things very efficient. Dave took the time to share knowledge and make recommendations on bottom paint for different conditions showing they think about every detail even down to the bottom paint. Super smooth haul out for survey and hull service without a minute of time lost. Looking forward to upcoming engine work and soda blast/paint!

On a Sunday afternoon the sales staff is busy as heck but the sun is shining and everyone wants to get on the water 🙂

Prices for new and used boats are astronomical but they’re selling like hot cakes.

My boat is in for service and they are excellent mechanics.

brought my nauticstar in took a full month to install some basic electronics like bulge pump nav light misc. did not finish lots more parts i will install my self
calling back is not there strong suit only got a few callbacks the rest i had to call them they told me they where so busy and overloaded after a month they called it done went to pickup and the apology came from the owner and service admin they told me covit was causing havoc with workers not showing up and parts are very hard to get but what was the reason it took so long to call me back i never got an answer for that they got most thing on the list done but they never changed the anoids there is about 60% of meat on them and i got a 100hr service over all it was 1-10 i give them 6 i assume after this covit is over it will go back to normal i will not bring my boat there again and for some reason they asked about a facebook username and it was my bad review next they wanted me to wire money to them cause it was over 3k i was very angry ——no problem taking credit cards the first time i was there—– they took a credit card after a brief hold on the phone they told me a credit would be fine got my boat and got out of there way over priced there is no way to really tell how long something took and they charge by the HR i think i get a bit ripped off and no discount for taking so long

Nick V is the man! No pressure, easy to work with and despite some of their internal obstacles, he really got the job done. Im a happy new boat owner!
Pros: Nick V- willing to listen to what I wanted, make suggestions and work well both with my purchase and trade in. Got me the boat I wanted and price I wanted for my trade. I do beleive I can contact him when I need to set up appointments or have questions.
Service dept is courteous and gets the job done
Cons: A little disorganized with Financing, Delivery and timing.
All in all a good experience. Definitely Not free of stress, as buying a boat these days is a daunting task!
However, any issues I did have, Nick was right there for me and helped along the way. He’s not just another salesman, I beleive he wants his customers to walk away (or boat away) satisfied.
