Concentra Urgent Care

I’ve been to a few different Concentra locations, and this was the first time that I was totally satisfied with my visit! I had called a few other urgent care providers, before calling Concentra; and, just by the way the receptionist spoke to me on the phone, made me want to visit that particular Concentra location. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly, knowledgeable, and carrying, the entire staff was. And, the provider that attended to me, made me feel like I was in very able hands!

The staff was very nice and friendly. I came in for a drug screen and I didn’t have that much output to test. The technician gave me water to drink and she followed up periodically to see if I was ok. Outside of me not having that much output I would have essentially been in and out. I would definitely go back here again for any service I needed and recommend anyone here. It was very clean inside as well.

The service here went above and beyond my expectations!! Ms. Lulu and their P. A. Andrew Reid, took care of me better than any other urgent care facility I’ve ever been to. Ms. Lulu was so sweet and cheerful, a real pleasure to be around. They did a very thorough job and I was in and out. Any Veterans reading this, know that this is the place to go and that you’re in great hands!!

Since I walked in the location is very clean, very ordered and the staff is very polite and helpful. Lulu is amazing! Every place should have a person like her there. 100% would recommend to anybody in need of urgent medical service. The doctor was very knowledgeable and very helpful as well.
