Started my 2019 tax return while working on my 2018 return.

I never requested him to start the 2019 return.

I was never informed of his $200 hr fee

I never received an invoice for the 2019 (work) only a court order for small claims.
I learned about his $200 hr fee in small claims.

To my surprise he won the small claims case.

To my knowledge he has sued and won against previous clients, he sent me a text stating “10 judges have let this work payout to me”

I regret walking into his office and hope others have a better experience.

Contrary to your opinion, I believe my experience is perfectly valid regardless of the judge giving you credit for 2 hrs of work.
The facts are that I never knew about your$200 an hr fee. I never asked you to start my 2019 corporate return and I never received a bill for this work your claiming to have done.
I probably should have hired professional representation considering you have more experience in small claims court.
