Crystal Pointe Apartments

We moved here from Massachusetts and loved it! Margaret was very professional and helpful through out the entire process. All these negative reviews make no sense. Our experience here was amazing. The upkeep of the property to the friendliness of the staff. Margaret helped ease our transition in so many ways .This place is great!

You can only live here if you have previous rental history…. good credit and good jobs doesn’t really mean anything …. not worth to make yourself go crazy over… they go by a point system and make it difficult to even rent here. They don’t want you if you never rented trust me… went through the process.. I love reviews because it’s all about the persons experience.. they act like your trying to buy your first home.. smh.. if you don’t get accepted just find better.. it will be worth it.

I tried calling Margart today to get some information and she was super rude. Didn’t want to help at all. I called back to get her name because I didn’t get it the first time and she goes “was just trying to answer your questions.” She was super unhelpful and just told me to go to their website and was not willing to answer any questions. Need a new customer service representative. So shocked at the rudeness.

Lived here for over a year now. Friendly office staff, SUPER QUICK on maintenance requests (you just fill out a quick form online or an emergency hotline which is listed on the online form). The property is safe, well maintained and landscaped (they clean and landscape all the time), and just in general a quiet nice place to live. Rent can be paid online or in office. Pool is nice and clean.

The gym is a bit old/raggedy, but planet fitness is 10 minutes away and $10 a month, so very very minor.

I personally have been very happy with the conditions here, the office staff, the community, etc. I highly recommend Crystal Pointe.

Very nice community with an excellent property and maintenance team. The apartments are clean and well kept. I highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a nice place to call home even if it is only temporarily.
