Rafael was the absolute best. I’ve rented their in the past but his knowledge and personality is what drew me back. It’s a wonderful facility, always clean and very safe. Hoping to be there a lot longer this time.

My wife and I rented a unit last week and were helped by Rafael.. Such a nice guy who helped in every way possible. We will be long term customers with the Coconut Creek location.

I’ve been using this storage’s services for more than a year. Raphael and Jasmine are great! Excellent comunication, good location, reasonable price. Clean and organized. Best customer service ever. I’m very satisfied.
