Cycle World

I live out of town. Brought my bike in to get carbs cleaned. Took longer to fix than originally expected, due to shipping on certain parts. I was not able to pick it up right away, as I had to fly out. Took me over a year to get the bike back, as Kyle was extremely unresponsive for my next several visits. When he brought the bike back, it wasn’t even put together… fuel tank was not connected to the carburetor, and several screws were completely missing. He continued to ignore me from there. I have to now tow the bike to a different shop to get fixed. Very disappointed.

I went to Berts trying to sell my Cycle World and my girl Sean Dalrymple hooked me up. I was there for about an hour and compared to being at other dealerships for over two to three hrs just to make transactions. I had great service and wasn’t low balled.

Here’s one of those hidden gems you run into, the rare mechanic that actually knows what the hell he’s doing and isn’t out to crush you with fees and broken flux capacitors. Knowledgeable and fair, they take the time to explain everything and have the experience to go the extra mile. There’s other bike mechanics in Boca but you won’t find another shop like this. The location is a little tough to find and it’s a small shop but they definitely set you up right. Well worth trying them out.
