Don’t buy from this company!!!!
Their customer service is atrocious.
I spent my whole Saturday waiting for a table that we paid almost $1,000 for and they never came, never called, never texted … nothing , like if we were just some object they don’t care about.
Called them about it and of course no one can do anything about it, the rep said “hmm not sure why they did this, but looks like they did miss your stop, maybe because Saturday they close early and just didn’t want to do the drop off.” I’ve never seen anything so unorganized and unprofessional! I finally got my delivery rescheduled for another day but that’s more waiting for the table we have to keep sitting on the floor to eat. I’m disgusted with this company and their ethics. My advice to you is , save a little more money and buy from city furniture or rooms to go, I even purchased furniture from big lots before and they didn’t even do this. Seriously don’t waste your time and money.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO DELIVER IN A SEMI TRUCK. EMPLOYEES ARE ALLOWED TO PARK ALL OVER THE PLACE, IN THE ROAD, AT THE ENTRANCE WHERE SEMI TRUCKS ARE TRYING TO ENTER THE LOT. NO REGARDS. ITS A RECEIVING AREA. PARK IN REGULAR PARKING SPACES.

The quality of the items are not worth it . I purchased my bedroom set in September and I already had to call customer service 3 times to fix or replace items. My night stand started chipping , headboard chip and now my dresser is chipping and when I mean chipping it’s not no small minor chip . It’s to the core where the entire wood start showing under the paint . If you want a bedroom set to last you a long time . Do not purchase your item from here . The quality is very cheap and there’s no real investment. When I asked the customer care why is it that my items are falling apart and tearing she stated that the piece I got is very fragile. This was not stated the day of purchase . Truly disappointed

STAY AWAY! They are crooks and don’t know how to provide fair customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY! I got a stain on my sofa which should have been covered under the warranty. So when I called customer service they didnt send someone until 6 days after! Now they are being sleazy and say that its not covered because its “accumulated stains/damage over time”. They said I should have reported right away, which I did. I will never recommened or purchase from this company again.
