Domino’s Pizza

Service is extremely poor and management’s answer is always that they are busy what do you expect me to to do. So after 16 yrs I will no longer be purchasing from Domino’s unless I move. Other locations in Tampa, Ellenton, Bradenton, and Coral Springs are great. I don’t know what’s the issue with this Commercial Blvd. store.

Delivery took so long I had to go pick it up, definitely not there fault though. Staff seemed very nice when I got there, jus a bit understaffed. Will definitely order with them again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered for delivery. The order taker called me an HOUR LATER and said that they were running late and asked if I could pick up the food. I told her no because I have an 6 month old infant and it was late night. She said it will be another 30 minutes. ANOTHER HOUR passed, I haven’t heard from the store. I called, sat on the phone for another 40 minutes. No one picked up. I drove down to the store with my INFANT, nobody was remorseful. I waited another 20 MINS just for my food to get done. A total of 3 whole hours. If I wouldn’t have gotten up and drove to this store, I wouldn’t have gotten my food. Will never order from here again.

I’ve had increasingly difficult interactions with this location. It’s gotten to the point where the driver will say the food is delivered and they haven’t even left the Location. I called and they didn’t even answer the phone I was listening to that sales pitch for over 40+ mins. This location needs to be either restructured or shut down. Incompetence at its best. Never order from here unless you have time to waste and want to deal with sub par(at best) customer service.

The only nice thing I have to say is that the delivery gentleman did a fine job – prompt and personable.
I ordered 2 medium pizzas and 8 wings. Neither the wings or the pizzas were warm or crispy. The wing sauce was good. The wings were soft and gummy. The pineapple/ham pizza was fair but not warm. The ham/onion pizza crust had very little sauce, was shy on toppings and under-cooked to the degree that it was glued to the box.
I am a Dominoes fan. I will not likely order from this store again.
