The absolute worst experience ever. I do not recommend this eye person and I say person because I don’t believe Enker is actually a doctor. To be fair, they should have paid me $189 for the eye exam that I had to perform on myself. Unheard of! I turned the dials and all on the machines. Little to no help with a fraudulent smile as I was rushed in and out as if I were on a conveyor belt. I didn’t not receive the proper prescription for my eyes and I feel cheated and violated. Dr Enker is a scam artist who just pumps patients in and out while raping there pocket books. Poor, poor poor service. Catered to the ignorant and naive. Do not trust this quack hack.

My very first visit to an optometrist in years!!! Had THE MOST AWESOME VISIT. Staff and Drs were ALL SUPER-PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY. Was concerned that extended wait to verify my Vision coverage was in force would sour my experience… But staff handled so well that I felt afterwards, “What wait?” Then, the call that my glasses were ready for pickup BUT the frames had to be changed had me thinking, “Oh no it had to all be too good to be true.” So, after stalling to come in to retrieve my glasses, what I discover is that they ‘nailed it!’ with the replacement frames they chose. So, although NOT the frames I’d initially chosen, they were GORGEOUS and I Love them! This whole vision exam and eyeglass selection experience is truly a pleasure!

The front desk (not sure of her name) was fantastic and very friendly. Flexible scheduling and nice clean office. Thorough Doctor and all the staff was very helpful .

After being a Patient of Dr. Enker for over a decade, today he dumped me in the Trash. Very disappointed, I went to get a review on my prescription, because I had my eye glasses made outside of his office using his prescription but was having problems seeing clearly.He didn’t even offer to revise his prescription, instead he ‘Released Me ” to go to another Dr, where I had my glasses made. Am I obliged to make my glasses in his office? Be aware, if you don’t purchase your glasses from him he might DUMP you as well. No Ethics. The staff in his office on the other hand are very very nice.
