Dunkin’

Quite possibly the worst D&D around. They constantly don’t have Cold brew and will pour your regular cold coffee instead and still up charge you. The service is poor and their level of care is disappointing. Best to avoid this Location

The workers are very fast, they get your orders right in and out. The workers are fantastic and great customer service. We come here EVERYDAY

There was only 1 person working at the location I went to, so I can’t put the blame on her for my never getting my drink. – She gave me my food, but told me she would bring me my drink outside.

So, I waited for like 15 minutes before I decided to leave without getting the drink I paid for.

If anything, I blame management for not having more people working at the time.

I guess she tried her best, but 1 person can’t do everything on their own.

Great service… and the coffee is always on point! Shout out to DANA who has worked the drive through many times I’ve been there… she is so awesome and sweet!!

Unfortunately, the coffee was old & (almost) cold! I went back through their drive-thru, let the young lady know, (politely), that it was unacceptable & she immediately made me another, good, fresh cup.
