Dunkin’

Place smelled like burnt food. We tried to order something at 1 pm and were told that the sourdough bread did not get defrosted so we could not order the sandwich we wanted which was a grilled cheese sandwich. The croissants we ordered had cold chicken. The bacon bites were rubbery overall not impressed. The people were indifferent no sorry for the inconvenience or anything.

Very bad service!! The manager RUDE! And one of the employee too! I try to order my food by the speaker , she yelled at me trying to repet some of the options of what i wanted , I decided to no buying nothing! I asked for her name and she just walk away! I will never going to come back to that store!!

Used to be my no#1 DD, now go travel further to military trail. I sat n the car while daughter a few months ago went in, the gentleman ( slim, tall) that works the toaster area came outside to place an item n outside trash with apron and gloves on, pushing the trash lid opened and returned back to his kitchen duties,EXTREMELY unsanitary, as a science major i only saw germs,germs, nd pathogens now be served.. If u r familiar w/ this location the toaster area is right n front of the window. But the cashier nside nd n drive thru r AWESOME. N

Always issues at this location. The way they prepare their menu items are unsanitary, throwing items in microwave, slapping it on the brews items. Constantly getting sick from this place. It was so embarrassing, I offered to bring an order of croissantwiches to friends and we all got sick from them. Coffee is only good in early mornings and if the person who is preparing it knows how to. Always short on donuts or they are stale. Previous staff member I know use to work there said to many people with attitudes preparing food incorrectly on purpose. Found some black gunk in coffee once. They reheat their coffee in microwave making it unbearable to handle or drink. I have contacted corporate several times over these issues and they don’t seem to care. I am sure the store will reach out to me to offer some free sandwich or coffee, WARNING..don’t go, it is the stores tactic to see who filed the complain so they can mess up your order next time or mess up whatever free menu item they will offer you at that time.
